after inquiring, we meet for some questions & then your proposal is created just for you, blending your vision with ours at Fearless Florals. this is where your flowers begin to take shape, thoughtfully designed with seasonality, flow, and a little creative flair

your special day is here

we’ll refine every piece and detail together along the way. behind the scenes, i’m adjusting bloom choices, textures, & quantities while coordinating logistics to make sure every design fits your space & feels just right. a deposit & contract signature is required to book! 

at eight weeks before your wedding, we finalize everything. confirm table numbers, guest counts and we talk flower availability, coordinate with your venue and vendors so setup goes smoothly, we also make any additions and changes + answer questions! 

on your day, my team and i handle delivery and setup. all the behind the scenes, weeks of prep and prepared details come together to make sure everything looks perfect, fresh, and quietly unforgettably you.

after your celebration, my team and i return for take-down and cleanup, handling flowers, all rental vases, candles and materials thoughtfully so you can leave stress-free, knowing your flowers were cared for from start to finish.
